Q) Who do I call if I am going to be away?

A) Please phone your teacher. Do not call the class co-ordinator.

Q) Are there any more spaces in classes?

A) No, but you can join our waiting list. Please see the staff in the office on Saturday Morning

Q) Can I bring other children with me to lessons?

A) Yes, but please respect our learning by bringing quiet activities for them to do.

Q) I don’t like my lesson time, can you change it?

A) Sorry, we are unable to change lesson times. Your teacher has especially arranged class times, and is unable to rearrange their timetable for you.

Q) I have sport at the same time as my lesson, can I change my lesson time?

A) Sorry Gallery is a year long commitment. Your teacher has especially arranged class times, and is unable to rearrange their timetable for you.

Q) Where can I park?

A) Please park in the Chilton Saint James staff car park, or alternatively in Waterloo Street or Chilton Grove.

Q) I am a volunteer what does this mean?

A) Please talk to the staff in the office on Saturday morning.

Q) I have a complaint or question who do I talk to?

A) Please email the Class Co-ordinator setting out your concern or question. If you don't have email, give her your written concern or question on Saturday morning, or post to:
